It's about time we revisited this blog !

We've had a very productive time since our last post, and this blog has fallen somewhat behind so just a re- cap since we last posted of whats been happening:

In 2016 The Karsten 350 model won Best Tent over £350 in the Camping and Caravanning Club Tent Satisfaction Awards and was highly commended in the Best 4 Person Tent category as well... we'll that made our year - we were so happy....

But not as happy as this year (2017) when we were invited back to the Camping & Caravanning Club Awards to collect the top gongs for Best LifeTime Tent and Best Premium Range Tent for the range of Karstens.



So we've been working really hard in getting these awesome tents to like minded campers around the UK and as such have refined our displys to a smaller number of the most popular tents. This is allowing us to travel further afield, bringing the Karsten range nearer to you. Our plan next year is to have 8 locations for displays around the UK so potential customers are no more than a 2 hours journey to come and see them - hopefully closer!

We've been very active on the social media front, and if you click the YouTube link you will see all our latest videos and likewise with Instagram... our latest pictures. Facebook still remains one of the best social feeds for us and we are nearing our 2500th follower.

We are also sending out a Newletter Update 2-3 times a year, typically with industry news, offers and more importantly the display dates, so click the Newsletter link or HERE to sign up with email.

1960's Igloo Tent - Pneumatic Tent Company

Just got back from work to a nice suprise - The CCC Magazine waiting on the floor, and the star letter relating to a 1960's Igloo, manufactured by the Pneumatic Tent Company and a Karsten Inflatable Tent. We were lucky enough to see a 50 year old Igloo at out latest Karsten Tent Display, when Karsten Tent Enthusiast Garry Jones and his family brought one along to show us. It just so happend that we made a small video of it for posperity - how fantastic that I can now relate it to this article.
